9 Super Luxury Homes of Indian CEOs

Apart from running large corporate businesses the following business tycoons also have a very lavish and ornate lifestyle which reflects in the luxurious homes that they have built or inherited from their ancestors. Check the following list of the top nine luxury homes owned by the renowned CEOs of India.

1)    Navin Jindal

Navin Jindal, an industrialist who has turned into a politician, owns a luxurious bungalow situated at Lutyens’ Bungalow Zone in Delhi. The heritage bungalow is worth Rs. 150 Crore. Known as one of the most expensive residential area of India, Lutyens’ Bungalow Zone consists of around 1000 luxurious bungalows out of which only 65 bungalows are privately owned by tycoons such as LN Mittal, Sunil Bharti Mittal,  the Burman Family and Mr. KP Singh, CEO of DLF and  the rest of the properties are owned by the government.




2)    Vijay Mallya


Vijay Mallya, Chairman of the UB Group is coming up with a new luxurious mansion at Kingfisher Towers, UB City in Bangalore. This penthouse is spread over one acre of land and has a gym, spa, wine cellar, a helipad, an indoor heated pool, a salon, a pool and many more exciting features. He has named this abode as “White House in the Sky”.




3)    Anand Mahindra

Anand Mahindra, who is one of the richest men in India, sold his three storey bungalow named Gulistan for Rs. 250 Crore. This bungalow was sold to Mahindra’s real estate division. K.C. Mahindra, grandfather of Anand Mahindra, had rented this bungalow to the family who still lives here as tenants and will continue to live in the same bungalow even after the redevelopment. This Bungalow is located near the Priyadarshini Park at the Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai.




4)    Lakshmi Mittal

Lakshmi Mittal, the CEO and Chairman of Arcelor Mittal, is the sixth richest person in the world. He owns a huge luxurious mansion at the 18-19 Kensington Palace Gardens, London and costs around $128 million. The steel tycoon purchased this house from Formula 1 boss, Bernie Ecclestone in 2004. It was the world’s most expensive house back then. This luxurious mansion has 12 bedrooms, Turkish style bathrooms, indoor swimming pool and parking space for around 18-20 cars. The whole mansion is designed with marbles which were supplied from the same gouge which supplied marbles for the Taj Mahal.




5)    Hinduja Brothers

The Hinduja brothers own a huge mansion named as the Carlton Terrace House in London. This mansion is a mere 5 minutes walking distance from Buckingham Palace, where Queen Elizabeth resides. Spread over 70000 sq. ft of area this mansion cost a whopping £100 million. It is a six storey mansion with around 50 rooms divided between the four brothers Ashok, Gopichand, Srichand and Prakash Hinduja.




6)    Gautam Singhania

Gautam Singhania, the Chairman and CEO of the Raymond Group owns a 30 storied mansion called as the JK House. Situated at Breach Candy, South Mumbai, this 145 meters high mansion has a spectacular view of the sea and is packed with all the luxuries including six levels of car parking facility, gym, spa, private swimming pool, helipad, gym, beautiful apartments for every member of the family and a whole floor which is converted into a Museum of Jade Collection which the Singhania’s own.




7)    Anil Ambani

In competition with Mukesh Ambani’s $ 2 Billion mansion, Anil Ambani is building a Rs. 5000 crore worth mansion at Pali Hill. 1537 sq. ft. of area has been purchased by Anil Ambani for this mansion and has procured permission for a height of 66 meters. He wants this mansion to be of 150 meters high and is waiting for the further permissions from the Authorities.




8)    Ratan Tata

The ex-Chairman of the Tata Group own an elegant three storied house in Colaba, Mumbai. The best part of this mansion is that each floor has two levels and is spread over 13,350 square foot area. This sea facing property has all the features like an infinity pool on the topmost level of the mansion, parking space for around 15 cars, lounge, media room, gym, sun deck among many other facilities.




9)    Mukesh Ambani

Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries owns a million dollar mansion named Antilia located at Altamount Road, South Mumbai.  This 27 storey building is spread on 4,00,000 sq. ft. As some of the floors are of double heights it looks like a 40 floored building from outside. Distinguished features like three helipads, parking space for 168 cars, multiple swimming pools, a yoga studio, health spa, ballroom, nine elevators in the lobby, a 50-seater movie theatre and lush green hanging gardens and many more. Costing a whopping $2 Billion this house tops the Forbes list of the most expensive house in the World.
