A Mesmerizing List Of Luxury Hotels in Latvia

One of the Baltic states, Latvia sits on the coast, sandwiched between Lithuania and Estonia. In recent decades its capital Riga has become popular for city-breaks, with a mediaeval quarter (that’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and sprawling market. Venture further afield and you’ll find enormous waterfalls, art nouveau buildings, Baroque palaces and beaches. The country is also a beer lover’s heaven, with regional micro-breweries producing hundreds of different varieties. Having only been a democratic republic since 1991, its tourism industry is still quite young. As such, Latvia provides visitors with an authentic experience, stemming from the rich culture and welcoming hospitality.
