With a distinguished career spanning 17 years in the world of luxury hospitality, Aaruni’s wealth of global experience will be pivotal in enhancing the hotel’s commitment to delivering world-class service and refined guest experiences.

A seasoned leader with expertise across the APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions, Aaruni has held key positions at several top-rated Four Seasons properties, including Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, Seychelles, and Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru. His deep knowledge in operations management, guest experience enhancement, and process optimization will be instrumental in driving the operational excellence of Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

Before joining the Mumbai team, Aaruni served as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, where he led seven departments and achieved significant improvements in guest recognition scores and operational efficiency. His leadership in both pre-opening and established properties showcases his ability to oversee large-scale departmental setups while maintaining the impeccable service standards synonymous with the Four Seasons brand.

Aaruni’s appointment marks a return to a city close to his heart—Mumbai, where he began his career during the pre-opening phase of Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai in the Front Office division. His familiarity with the city and his long-standing dedication to operational excellence signal an exciting new chapter for the hotel, where he will oversee operations and further elevate the hotel’s renowned personalized service.
