Sidecar's Yangdup Lama Takes Over

The festivities kick off on Saturday, 31st August, with a takeover by Sidecar—the first Indian bar to make it to the prestigious 50 Best Bars list. Co-founder and master mixologist Yangdup Lama will bring his expertise to AER, serving up his signature cocktails that blend classic recipes with innovative Indian ingredients. Expect creations like the Titpati made with Maker’s Mark, Myrtle crafted with Toki, and Kari featuring Roku, each reimagining traditional flavors with a modern twist.
