An Unusual MALT EVENING With Single Malt Legends at Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks

On October 3, 2022 in Bangalore, the Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks hosted a special evening with Single Malt luminaries Smriti Narendran, Chivas Brothers Brand Ambassador, and Chef Nishad Khadiru. Waseem Khan, Namita Gupta, and Devesh Agarwal, along with other Hilton customers, attended the "Malt Evening" event, which was a celebration of precisely researched recipes with imaginative modifications and pioneering experience.

Chef Nishad Khadiru's delectable dishes were paired with The Glenlivet and Aberlour malts to produce an intense and beautiful drinking experience. The Glenlivet and Aberlour were matched with a multi-course meal including an appetiser, entrée, and dessert. As the chef delivered and garnished magnificent pieces of art, Glenlivet 12 YO was paired with the first course, while Aberlour 16 YO was paired with 74% Single Origin Madagascar Marquise. Smriti Narendran captivated the guests with an avant-garde gourmet experience by taking them on a trip about the origin, notes, and flavour of each Malt, as well as her own personal experiences. To cleanse the pallet after the first two meals, theatrical elements such as Sorbet prepared with liquid nitrogen were employed throughout the evening.

Guests were served an intricate menu consisting of Prosciutto with melon balls, Thyme-Marinated Grilled Scallops, Risotto Di Gamberi zafferano, and many more as part of a four-course sit-down supper accompanied by beautiful music. The highlight of these servings was the specially prepared elixirs that took the already superb 12-year-old The Glenlivet to even greater heights.
