Bustle is a charming rooftop gastropub in a fashionable area of Mumbai that combines sophistication with a cosy environment. It is the only business of its kind in the area. Sunny Rachwani owns the company Bustle. His family has been in the restaurant industry for more than four decades. After managing the iconic 90ft Above with tremendous success, Sunny's latest passion project, Bustle, is his best to yet!

Owner Sunny Rachwani remarked on the launch,

"We are really grateful for the success of 90ft Above, but after seven years we thought it was time for a change. With Bustle, we've gained a whole new staff, created an atmosphere that appeals to people of all ages but is youth-centric, and brought vegetarian food from across the globe, which is rare in restaurants. The location has both a lounge for relaxation and a club for dancing to the music. Our food and drinks will match our sophisticated and modern ambiance, and we cannot wait to serve our first guests."

Uncommonly, the restaurant specialises on vegetarian global food with an Indian flavour. Chef Vinayak Mohite is in charge, having previously worked at London Taxi and Woodside Inn.

THE MENU: includes Indian, Lebanese, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Burmese foods, guaranteeing that everyone may find something to their liking.

Truffle oil and mushrooms are two of their hallmark dishes.

There is no such thing as too much truffle, so this flatbread is topped with black truffle oil glaze and truffle cream cheese. Guacamole On Table, where chefs will prepare fresh guacamole with crispy Togarashi Wonton chips, Stuffed Bhavnagari Chili on a bed of Makhni Gravy, which combines Indian mirchi poppers with the classic makhani gravy for something old and something new, and the scrumptious Chettinad jackfruit tacos and Ghee roast mushroom with Malabar paratha.

Pair this meal with one of their perfectly crafted and unusual cocktails, such as the Casaba with sparkling wine, melon, and lime, the Déjà Brew with vodka, Baileys, and coffee, or the Elder Florita with rum and elderflower.

The bar is stocked and organised to suit a range of tastes, and the beverages are tasty enough to keep you coming back for more. And if you're not a drinker, don't worry since their mocktails, such as the Melon Burst with melon, lime, and sparkling water, the Cucumber Collins with cucumber and elderflower, and the peach-based Georgia on my mind, are as excellent!
