These ventures are the result of a Hotel Management Agreement between Atmosphere Core and N Kumar Group Nagpur, marking the brand's first foray into Maharashtra, a vital state for both tourism and business.

EDEN GREENZ BY ATMOSPHERE NAGPUR is slated to open in Q1 2025. The existing Eden Greenz golf resort will undergo a rebranding and enhancement, reemerging as a luxurious destination that integrates seamlessly into the Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts portfolio. This resort will feature 105 opulent rooms, including family suites, honeymoon suites, and presidential suites, all with views of a stunning 9-hole golf course surrounded by lush greenery.

Guests will be treated to an experiential culinary journey with multiple dining options, including an all-day diner with alfresco service, a specialty restaurant, a bakery and café in the lobby, a themed bar, and an exclusive two-level nightclub.
