As part of a newly-announced partnership with T&B Media Global of Thailand, the top Australian digital product company Two Bulls has been chosen to help in the building of the Translucia metaverse.
Translucia is the ambitious endeavour of T&B Media Global to bring the metaverse to life by developing a virtual world that prioritises well-being, sustainability, and community.
A Bangkok ceremony announced the partnership officially. In attendance were representatives from the governments of Australia, Victoria, and Thailand, as well as T&B Media and Two Bulls.
As forward-thinking investors want to secure a place in the metaverse, a virtual universe that promises to augment our current reality by integrating the real and virtual worlds, the cooperation will bolster Australia's and Thailand's technical capabilities.
Two Bulls has built an unrivalled reputation for developing world-class digital products for clients such as Verizon, NBC, Hasbro, and Disney, with teams spanning the Australian and American markets.
Two Bulls has extensive experience with augmented reality, having launched in 2009 with the ground-breaking augmented reality game The Hidden Park. Two Bulls has won the National iAward for 'Best Consumer Product' and the 'Innovation and Technology' Award at the Victorian Export Awards, has been featured in previous Apple Keynotes, and has been named Apple App of the Day in the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. Forbes has designated Two Moos, the family products branch of Two Bulls, as the 2019 Best Children's App.
Two Bulls will bring Translucia to life as part of T&B Media's vision for an experience that uses an expanding arsenal of digital capabilities to enhance people's genuine experiences.
James Kane, the chief executive officer of Two Bulls, claimed that his organisation is thrilled to be a part of a virtual initiative that breaks new ground in the metaverse.
Kane said that Translucia has been created as an extended world in which users may connect, play, earn, and explore.
This new approach, which includes the acquisition of high-value partners, would push Translucia's ambitions to become a major player in the metaverse, he said.
Co-founder of Two Bulls, Evan Davey, emphasises the team's impending research and development challenges.
The project has already received substantial finance, commencing in September 2021 with around AUD$420 million in investment. T&B Media is certain that the metaverse will generate at least AUD$4.2 billion in value as more people embrace it.
"Unlike previous metaverses, Translucia focuses not only on developing enjoyment from external sources, but also from the mind and body of the individual. According to Dr. Jwanwat Ahriyavraromp, CEO & Founder of T&B Media Global, "it is propelled by an engine that we believe will convert kindness into success, health, and eventually pleasure."
