Breedendam Yachts, a Dutch builder, reveals information about their new Breedendam Sixzero. The hull of the 19.60-meter yacht was completed many months ago, and now the Breedendam facility's artisans and engineers are working on the deck, interior, and technological sections.
On this creative project, designer Guido de Groot collaborates with the owner.
"Breedendam's distinctive lines and refined appearance have been preserved, but a variety of ultramodern amenities have been added to a wider plan. The Sixzero has an aura of a motor-torpedo and will undoubtedly stand out from the crowd. Artists from Grainz have finally finished the painting of the 'wooden planks,' and I doubt anybody would believe that the Sixzero truly has an aluminium hull. Before completing the inside, the pipes and electrical are almost complete. The engines and Volvo IPS system will be installed in January, and all electrical components beneath the panels have been completed to an extraordinary degree. Everything is stowed away until maintenance is necessary, at which point the engine room's immaculate cleanliness would be much appreciated."

As an intrinsic component of the design, the aft deck may be readily covered to create a winter garden. This increases the size of the saloon, producing one enormous indoor-outdoor room when shade is needed or the weather is chilly. Between the aft deck and the interior of the saloon, with its own window, is a well-appointed galley. The saloon will include loose furnishings and a huge television incorporated into the glass wall separating the helm station.
The owner requested that solar panels be installed on the flybridge, while other customers may choose to convert the area into a sun deck with loungers.
The aft garage has space for a 3,4-meter tender. In addition, there is a custom area for the owner's diving equipment. The swimming platform is sufficiently enough for divers to outfit themselves before to taking the plunge.
While this vessel will be used mostly in Europe, Caribbean diving cruises are also planned. A stairway in the saloon leads to a lobby on the lower deck, where a washer and dryer are placed in a cabinet.
The full-beam owner's stateroom is placed in the stern of the vessel. It has ample storage space and a bathroom on the starboard side with a separate toilet and shower. In front of the master bedroom is a guest cabin/office with a desk and bunk beds. A VIP suite with its own shower/bathroom and toilet is located on the foredeck. A well-designed and spacious double crew cabin is located aft of the master stateroom, next to the tender bay and engine room, and is also equipped with a private toilet.
The first Breedendam Sixzero is anticipated to arrive at the beginning of the Brand New season.
