Sunseeker has recently revealed fresh images and a video of their award-winning 88 Yacht.
The 88 Yacht fully exemplifies Sunseeker's design and technology prowess, delivering an innovative, class-leading boat that has been meticulously developed and oozes Sunseeker's signature flair and elegance.
Powered with twin MTU 10v 2000 (1622PS) engines as standard or twin MTU 12v 2000 (1950 or 2000PS) engines as options, she can attain speeds of up to 28 knots while accommodating eight guests and four crew in total luxury and comfort.
The 88 Yacht is equipped with Sunseeker's industry-leading 'Beach Club,' which is accessible through two sweeping stairs with recessed LED lighting. This large area converts the space into a private outdoor paradise, replete with Sunseeker's acclaimed convertible X-TENDTM sunbed, which may face forward at cockpit level or, when lowered, aft into the Beach Club. Underneath is an overhead rain shower and enough storage, including two SeaBob-specific lockers. The enlarged bathing platform is ideal for transporting a Williams 435 Sportjet or Seadoo Spark jet ski, and a jet ski-specific flybridge crane is available as an option.
The inside of the building exudes warmth, opulence, and amazing social areas. From the spacious saloon and dining room to the galley's many amenities, you will be spoiled for choice. Below deck, there are four cabins with private bathrooms, with the master bedroom located amidships for maximum space and light. The lavish details and superior quality of the materials create an ambience that will take your breath away.
Andrea Frabetti, CEO of Sunseeker International, said,
"My team and I am tremendously pleased of the 88 Yacht's extraordinary reaction. This model has revolutionary design, technology, and engineering, and the interior finish and textiles are nothing short of breathtaking. This boat has the elegance of a superyacht with the practicality of a smaller vessel, and we've worked very hard to make her the finest in her class."
The 88 Yacht sports a sleek hardtop roof with an optional centre opening canopy. She can comfortably accommodate eight guests and four crew members. The Yacht is equipped with Sunseeker's industry-leading 'Beach Club,' which is accessible through twin stairs with recessed LED lighting. The 'Beach Club' turns the space into a private outdoor refuge with a revolutionary X-TENDTM sunbed that rotates to face aft at water level or forward in the cockpit when lifted. Underneath is an overhead rain shower and enough storage, including two SeaBob-specific lockers. The expanded bathing platform is ideal for transporting a tender with a flybridge crane for a jet ski or equivalent accessory.
The 88 Yacht's expansive flybridge has a superior layout with exquisitely equipped furnishings on a huge aft deck and the option of an infinity spa tub with a sun pad. With companion sitting close to the helm and extended U-shaped seating opposite a feature wet bar with ice machine, grill, and two refrigerators or optional drawer-refrigeration, this area is ideal for entertaining. There is also the option of installing permanent stools to transform this space into a bar.
The expansive foredeck includes an additional private, sociable space with a Portuguese bridge, a huge sunbathing area, and comfy lounge seats, in addition to the regular premium side decks. The main deck is very magnificent. The interior has a spacious front galley that maximises an open-plan entertaining area. Owners and crew may take use of considerable storage space, as well as a breakfast bar unit with two chairs that creates an extra casual dining area. The galley comes equipped with a full-height premium refrigerator freezer and dishwasher, as well as room for wine coolers.
There is also the potential to completely seal off the galley, enabling the staff to move about the yacht discreetly with access from the lower helm on the starboard side, allowing owners to enjoy total solitude. The yacht's interior radiates elegance and has creative design cues throughout, such as diagonal stainless trim on cupboards and doors. With a variety of colours and textures, the layering of textural components and the combination of furniture and textiles seem classic with a contemporary touch.
Sunseeker has positioned the grand master cabin in the centre of the boat to maximise the amount of private space available. The main bedroom, which comes equipped with a 55-inch television, has a big dressing area with a double closet and an en bathroom with double sinks, an overhead rain shower, and enough storage space.
