Devidyuti's 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry provide her with a plethora of knowledge and experience for her prestigious position.Ghosh concluded her education at the esteemed Institute of Hotel Management before embarking on an illustrious career that included notable leadership positions.

As Resort Manager at Mulberry Shades Nandi Hills, Ghosh's primary objective will be to position the resort as a wellness haven for local travel enthusiasts and national tourists, while upholding the defining brand attributes of the Tribute Portfolio within the Marriott family.

Devidyuti's leadership and aptitude are distinguished by her exceptional abilities to create personalised visitor experiences and motivate her team towards excellence. Her unwavering dedication to professionalism is reflected in the numerous awards she has received over the course of her career, including the Best of India Biz Award for Best Director of Rooms in 2021, Hotelier India's Award for Best Director of Rooms in Luxury Hotels for 2019, and Marriott International's prestigious Highest Elite Appreciation Award in 2017.

As Resort Manager, Devidyuti intends to secure a substantial market share and increase the establishment's food and beverage sales. Her expertise in pre-opening and project management will also allow her to mentor coworkers, create comprehensive training plans, and effectively evaluate employee performance. Ghosh's global perspective and attention to detail complement her position as Resort Manager thanks to her passion for travel and genuine interest in various cultures. Having visited 16 countries to date, she is anxious to broaden her travel horizons in the coming years.
