Discover Bentley Residences in Miami, the Largest Luxury Residential Skyscraper on the United States' Oceanfront

Globally acclaimed luxury car brand, Bentley Motors has recently announced plans to create Bentley Residences, the world's first Bentley-branded luxury residential skyscraper in collaboration with Dezer Development, a prominent South Florida property developer and world-renowned architectural company Sieger Suarez Architects.

Compliance

The project is being developed in compliance with Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) standards to guarantee that the surrounding environment and animals are protected to the fullest extent possible.

Details

Bentley Residences will have over 200 premium apartments designed to meet the highest standards of design and craftsmanship. The 749-foot-tall, over-60-story structure will be a major landmark on Miami's Sunny Isles Beach shoreline and the largest residential skyscraper on any US oceanfront.

Sustainable Luxury Development

The development is intent on delivering luxurious living in a sustainable manner. Bentley Residences is being developed in compliance with Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) standards and other environmental requirements in order to conserve the surrounding ecosystem and limit the development's influence on local animals. To safeguard endangered sea turtles, environmentally friendly construction materials will be utilised and coastal illumination will be restricted. The building will be designed to save energy.

The Bentley Design Department was instrumental in the building's construction, bringing the Bentley DNA to life to provide a genuinely authentic design. The building's centre will have a patented vehicle elevator, which will be a distinctive and elegant feature for any automobile aficionado. Each property will include a multi-car garage integrated into the apartment — the ultimate in luxury and seclusion.

Majestic Views & quietude

Bentley Residences will also include unparalleled ocean and bay views from each unit, owing to the building's cylindrical shape and floor-to-ceiling windows. The tower will be built to stimulate new ways of embracing space and connecting with the breathtaking natural surroundings.

Additionally, each residence will have an own balcony, a pool, a sauna, and an outdoor shower. The interiors of the apartments will include environmentally produced materials and finishes that provide a relaxing palette that complements the surrounding landscape. Bentley Residences will be completed in 2026. 

Construction is expected to commence in early 2023.
