Goa: DoubleTree by Hilton Feliz Goa — Panaji's renowned beach restaurant returns with a Goan degustation menu while retaining its outstanding riverfront setting on the Mandovi. As a prominent Goan restaurant in the city, Feliz has been the gourmand's first option for rustic seaside cuisine with traditional Goan dishes created with locally sourced ingredients for many years.
Chef Vidhya Gawas continues to effectively oversee the culinary operations at Feliz, which now has a new core concept titled "A mother's hand." From employing a mostly female staff to collaborating with female businesses to acquire local ingredients to affiliating with a nonprofit organisation for the educational advancement of young women, the resort has established a laudable ethos for the shop.
Kurlyachi cutlets, Lobster Recheado, Chicken Ghee Roast, Prawns Caldeen, and Crab Xec Xec are a some of the numerous regionally-inspired dishes included on the menu. The locally created drinks and mocktails will further complement Feliz's tranquil alfresco dining experience.
