Golf, as Chef Naruchit Taintrong is affectionately known, began as an apprentice more than a decade ago and has since earned his stripes through diligence and attention to detail. Chef Golf, who is young at heart but a traditionalist in the kitchen, contributes considerable experience in both traditional and contemporary Thai cuisines, as well as an eye for presentation. He is well-versed in Mediterranean, Oriental, and French cuisines and has a solid banqueting pedigree that is invaluable in defining the Four Seasons dining experience.

The dishes in Chef Golf's repertoire feature the finest locally sourced ingredients, with an emphasis on regionality and sustainability. Khao's signature dishes include Yum Gai Yang (Grilled Chicken Spicy Salad), Phad Kee Mow Moo (Stir-fried Pork with Finger Root and Hot Basil), and Pal Kapong Tod Nam Pal (Deep-fried Seabass with Fish Sauce and Mango Salad).
