Chef Golf from the renowned restaurant Khao at Four Seasons Resorts Chiang Mai, renowned for his inventive approach to Thai cuisine, will lead a thrilling Thai delicacy at the restaurant, reaffirming its status as a culinary utopia.

This exclusive Thai exhibition will be held from the 22nd to the 26th of June 2023, with a lunch and dinner menu inspired by the gastronomic diversity of Thailand. Expect traditional dishes prepared in a contemporary and evocative manner, and an immersive dining experience that transports consumers across Thailand's succulent culinary landscape.

Golf, as Chef Naruchit Taintrong is affectionately known, began as an apprentice more than a decade ago and has since earned his stripes through diligence and attention to detail. Chef Golf, who is young at heart but a traditionalist in the kitchen, contributes considerable experience in both traditional and contemporary Thai cuisines, as well as an eye for presentation. He is well-versed in Mediterranean, Oriental, and French cuisines and has a solid banqueting pedigree that is invaluable in defining the Four Seasons dining experience.

The dishes in Chef Golf's repertoire feature the finest locally sourced ingredients, with an emphasis on regionality and sustainability. Khao's signature dishes include Yum Gai Yang (Grilled Chicken Spicy Salad), Phad Kee Mow Moo (Stir-fried Pork with Finger Root and Hot Basil), and Pal Kapong Tod Nam Pal (Deep-fried Seabass with Fish Sauce and Mango Salad). For dessert, try Thai classics such as Khao Niew Ma Muang (Mango with Sticky Rice) or vegan and vegetarian options. Chef Golf's distinctive aptitude for timeless Thai techniques will convey you to a world of exquisite flavours and fragrances, regardless of your selection.
