Fashion Group International Announces 2022 Honorees For FGI Night Of Stars Gala

Michael Kors, Dionne Warwick, Christian Siriano, and Prabal Gurung will be honoured at a red carpet event hosted by Casa Cipriani.

On October 13, 2022, the star-studded Fashion Group International (FGI) Night of Stars gala and awards ceremony will return for its 38th edition, with the subject this year being "Artists and Icons:"

SUPERSTAR Award: Michael Kors

Award for FASHION STAR: Christian Siriano

Sharon Chuter/UOMA was awarded the BEAUTY Award

HUMANITARIAN Award: Prabal Gurung

Award for Retail Excellence: LoveShackFancy

TRAILBLAZER Award: Dionne Warwick

SUSTAINABILITY Award: Firmenich

The FASHION ORACLE Award goes to Elvis Presley

Since almost four decades, Fashion Group Internationalhas invited fashion and entertainment industry heavyweights to its annual FGI Night of Stars event, which includes a cocktail hour, seated dinner, and high-profile awards presentation. In its 38th year, with its return to Casa Cipriani at Cipriani South Street, FGI Night of Stars aims to deliver even more glitz and intensity to one of New York City's most exclusive social events.

Past honorees of the FGI Night of Stars Superstar Awards have included Tommy Hilfiger, Rick Owens, Diane Von, Furstenberg, Donna Karan, Dries Van Noten, Marc Jacobs, Carolina Herrera, Riccardo Tisci, Giorgio Armani, and Valentino, as well as presenters and honorees Anna Sui, Iman, Laverne Cox, Martha Stewart, Olivier Rousteing, Nicki Minaj, and Kim Kardashian.

Proceeds from FGI Night of Stars tickets will support the organization's mission to connect, support, and empower members across the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and retail industries worldwide, via a variety of educational and mentorship programmes, signature events, networking opportunities, business resources, and philanthropic partnerships.
