The 19th Hotel Investment Conference South Asia (HICSA) hosted by Hotelivate wrapped up with George Bennet Kuruvilla, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, being awarded the esteemed MakeMyTrip General Manager of the Year Award.
