Gucci and SuperRare Join Hands To Launch the Vault Art Space, Gucci's Experimental Online Space

Attracting ever-various perspectives to recreate the House's codes, the cryptoart gallery indefinitely expands the narrative's potential paths.

The experimental force of the House inaugurates Vault Art Space as a continuation of its research of the art world and its own trip into the unexplored area of the metaverse. The online gallery, a product of a collaboration between Gucci and the digital art marketplace SuperRare, is a venue for seeing the futuristic ideas of modern artists and purchasing their works using cryptocurrency.

For the first exhibition themed 'The Next 100 Years,' Vault continues to create a temporal flux by inviting 28 hand-selected artists to reflect on the House's century of history and imagine what lies ahead. From cryptoart natives to more traditional creators experimenting with digital artforms and from past Gucci collaborators to emerging talents, the initial roster of artists includes Alanna Vanacore, Alex Trochut, Alexis Christodoulou, Aliendope, ALIENQUEEN, Aliina Kauranne, anchenillustration, Antoni Tudisco, Drta Katrn, diberkato, Drew Young, eBoy, Ignasi Monreal

Unrestricted by physical barriers, the area features a regular rotation of digital artworks, each a valuable piece of the House's colourful history. The inaugural exhibition of Vault Art Space will be shown and auctioned off directly on Vault's website in three drops, the first commencing on June 23, 2022, and ending on July 1, 2022.
