Heritage Recipes of Hyderabadi Cuisine at Novotel Hyderabad Airport - A Celebration of Exciting Flavors and Empowerment

September 2022, Hyderabad: The Novotel Hyderabad Airport is presenting Recipes of Hyderabadi Cuisine. In collaboration with LUQMA, the women of SAFA, a social company for the development of women and young girls, have created a catering service. SAFA helps women from all walks of life, including victims of gender discrimination in urban slums attempting to live with dignity. SAFA's aim is to alter the destiny of the next generation of females in their neighbourhood.

From September 23 to October 2, two Home Chefs from LUQMA will host a culinary promotion at Food Exchange, the newly renovated restaurant at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. Following the subject of fast-disappearing Recipes of Hyderabad, the presentation will include, among many others, Mutton Tahari, Talawa Gosh, Khatti Daal, Kaddu ka dalcha, and Chicken Shami Kebab. The ladies of LUQMA will also sell their own handcrafted items, like Biryani Masala, Chai Masala, Khatta Masala, Sukhey Kebab, Potli Masala, etc.
