Iconic Nike, Jordan Sneaker Collaborations

We all know no-one does sneakers better than nike. But when nike’s classic prowess meets another super brand- the result is truly astounding

On that note, here are 10 of the greatest nike/jordan collaborations

Nike X Travis Scott

Now that we’re talking collaborations, let's start with the best. Travis Scott's collaboration with Nike was undoubtedly the highlight of 2019. In May 2020 when Nike dropped the NIKE AIR JORDAN 1 HIGH x TRAVIS SCOTT, it went on to become the highest reselling shoes of the year. Later Travis Scott went on to drop a few more beasts with Nike which made their collaboration one of the truly iconic ones.

This collaboration proved to be one of the most important ones for Nike. All launches were a rampant success making the line a very celebrated and coveted one.

Nike X Yeezy (Kanye West)

Most of us are aware of Adidas’s collaboration with Kanye West but that wasn’t the first time he collaborated with an amazing brand and made history. In 2009 Nike dropped the Air Yeezy 1 and let's just say it was a revolutionary moment. The rapper then went on to release its sequel Air Yeezy 2 in two colorways. But whilst the public received awesome products from this collaboration, Nike and Kanye had a falling out, leading to him cutting ties with the brand. Before this partition Nike dropped the last pair of sneakers with Kanye West called the ‘Red October’ and it remains one of the best creations of the collaboration.

Nike X Supreme

Supreme is a very popular streetwear brand, and its collaboration with Nike is said to be one of the most consistent ones. Nike and Supreme came together in 2002, and since then Supreme has joined hands with Nike time and again to create unique yet comfortable footwear collections. It has made its way into many Nike designs like the Jordans and Dunks too.

Nike X Fear Of God

In 2019 Nike also collaborated with the popular menswear brand Fear of GOD. Jerry Lorenzo, the creative director of Fear of God, kicked off the year with the AIR JORDAN 1 FEAR OF GOD. These are high-street basketball ‘sneaker-boots’. Lorenzo defines these as court ready shoes for basketball. They are available in various colours, and the recent ‘noir’ addition looks extremely classy.
