On July 18, 2024, OBLU NATURE Helengeli by SENTIDO and TGI Maldives were jointly honored with the PADI® “Outstanding Contribution to Women’s Diving” award, recognizing their exceptional support and services to female divers. PADI, the world's largest diving organization, awarded this prestigious recognition to OBLU NATURE Helengeli and TGI Maldives for their efforts in promoting inclusivity and encouraging more women to explore the underwater world. • Award Ceremony:

Attended by Dr. Abdulla Niyaz, Minister of State for Tourism of the Republic of Maldives, and other dignitaries, the award ceremony took place on Helengeli island’s pristine shores. PADI Women Dive Day Celebration: From July 14th to 17th, the resort hosted ten female journalists and women dive instructors for a series of events celebrating female diving.
