Uluwatu Estate, a tropical paradise on Bali's southern Bukit Peninsula, is Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes' first private villa venture in Asia.

Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes has added the breathtaking Uluwatu Estate to its expanding inventory for 2023, as of 1 March 2023 in Hong Kong. The eight-bedroom mansion is the first home in Asia to be added to the collection.

The name Uluwatu is derived from the words ulu, which means "land's end," and watu, which means "rock," and it reflects the spirit of the cliff-top vistas that make this house so distinctive. Uluwatu Estate was built as a labour of love by its owners, who were motivated to build the ideal frame for the breathtaking vistas. The vast estate exemplifies indoor-outdoor living with its open-air living rooms, manicured gardens, and reflecting pools that link the eight separate apartments.
