Nitin Gosain is Appointed as Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach's New Front Office Manager

Nitin Gosain was recently recruited as the new front office manager for the Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach. Mr. Gosain is thrilled to join the staff at the hotel, which is situated on the tranquil coastline of Visakhapatnam and overlooks the Bay of Bengal.

Nitin Gosain has a decade of expertise in front office operations and has achieved several milestones, including being an ACDC Champion and being named Manager of the Year for 2014–15, in addition to attending service excellence seminars and many more.

In his new position, Mr. Gosain will be responsible for fostering professional relationships with guests to increase customer retention, as well as establishing strategies to meet objectives and budgetary targets in complete conformity with internal and external audit recommendations. In addition, he will be responsible for coordinating and directing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all team members are properly educated and equipped to offer customers with great service.

In addition, he will be responsible for monitoring visitor input and applying it to enhance the customer experience on an ongoing basis. Prior to this chance, Nitin Gosain had a varied career in the hospitality sector, having worked for Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Accor Hotels, and the Taj Hotels complex of resorts and palaces.
