She spent over three years working closely with two Marriott International locations but quickly realised that her purpose was always to establish something that allowed her creative freedom and room to exhibit her culinary abilities. Her goal is to provide a window into her world of cuisine, which is founded on love and sustenance. She specialises in Indian, Asian, Portuguese, and Goan cuisines and prepares anything from savouries to bowls to desserts.
