Royal Orchid Hotels Limited Elevates Operations by Adopting Hotelogix Cloud Platform for 100+ Properties

Singapore: Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL), one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality groups, has embraced a significant technological upgrade by adopting Hotelogix’s cloud-based multi-property management system. This strategic move will enable ROHL to standardize processes across its expansive portfolio of 100+ properties and gain centralized control over operations, driving growth and enhancing guest experiences.

A Legacy of Excellence in Hospitality

Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Royal Orchid Hotels Limited is a prominent name in the Indian hospitality industry. The group boasts an impressive portfolio of over 100 properties, 5900+ villas and cottages, and 170+ restaurants across 65+ locations in India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Renowned for offering diverse accommodation options—from business hotels to luxury suites—the group ensures an exceptional stay for every guest, whether in bustling cities, serene holiday destinations, or exotic wildlife parks. With ambitious plans to add 25-30 new hotels and introduce a new 5-star brand this year, ROHL continues its journey of growth.

A Strategic Shift to Cloud-Based Management

ROHL had relied on an on-premises solution for over a decade, growing from 20 properties to a robust brand with 100+ locations. As the group set its sights on further expansion, it recognized the need for a cloud-based multi-property management platform to centrally manage operations more efficiently. This led to the strategic decision to upgrade to Hotelogix’s comprehensive cloud platform.

Enhancing Operational Efficiency and Guest Experience

“We are reimagining our digitization strategy to align with our rapid growth and evolving business dynamics. Upgrading to the Hotelogix Cloud platform provides a centralized solution that is core to our operations. We can now implement and monitor brand standards from our corporate office while efficiently managing operations and enhancing guest services,” said Arjun Baljee, President of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited.

Seamless Integration and Advanced Capabilities

Hotelogix has integrated its multi-property management system with a range of best-in-class third-party solutions, allowing ROHL to efficiently manage online distribution, revenue, accounting, restaurant operations, marketing, and loyalty programs from a central hub. The Mobile PMS App equips hotel staff with real-time access to critical operational data, ensuring smooth operations and informed decision-making on the go.

Streamlined Property Onboarding and Cost Efficiency

“With Hotelogix, the go-live process for new properties has significantly accelerated. We’ve reduced overhead costs and can now onboard new properties into our system with ease, maintaining better control from our corporate office. This enables us to unlock revenue potential and enhance operational efficiency swiftly,” added Arjun.

Focusing on Guest Experience and Data-Driven Strategies

At the core of ROHL’s strategy is the enhancement of guest experience across the group. With centralized guest history access, the team can better understand guest preferences and deliver personalized services. ROHL is also leveraging data-driven insights and guest feedback to refine its offerings and strengthen the Regenta Rewards program. Initiatives like self-check-in and guest service apps are part of the group’s commitment to modern, digital-first strategies.

Embracing a Tech-First Future

“With Hotelogix powering our group-wide operations, we have taken a giant leap towards a tech-first approach that enables us to run our enterprise with agility. This cloud journey is critical for achieving our ambitious goals and scaling across multiple brands within ROHL,” said Arjun.

A Partnership for Success “We are honored that Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has chosen Hotelogix as their cloud platform partner,” said Aditya Sanghi, CEO of Hotelogix. “ROHL’s move to the cloud is a significant advancement for the entire Indian hospitality industry. Their feedback has been instrumental in refining our system, and we are committed to delivering the expected ROI from this transition.”
