Savio Fernandes is Appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

Savio Fernandes, who was born and raised in Mumbai, earned his Post-Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management in Goa. He began his hospitality career with Goa Marriott, moved to Taj Exotica Goa as a Guest Service Coordinator, and has spent the last two decades rising through the ranks to become Director of Food & Beverage at Taj Cidade de Goa.

Savio is renowned for creating memorable guest experiences and moments of joy, and has actively participated in the renovation and redesign of their whole F&B. Savio has an inventive mindset, is product-obsessed, and seems to develop good ties with this team; he is the ideal Four Seasons employee.

Savio likes adventure sports and is an avid traveller who appreciates discovering new places and cultures when he is not working. Additionally, he likes cricket, football, table tennis, and chess.

In his present position, Savio is responsible for directing the operations of the whole Food & Beverage division of Four Seasons in the Garden City of Bengaluru, therefore establishing a new standard in an already vibrant eating environment.
