Each course will be meticulously paired with a selection of premium whiskies, creating a harmonious symphony of taste and aroma such as Waffles with Smoked & Fresh Salmon Rillettes and Caramelised Mushroom & Onion Tarts.

The menu will also showcase classic delicacies such as Confit Duck Leg and Salad of New Season along with signatures such as Roasted Australian Lamb Cutlet and Crisp Pommes Anna, paired with Laphroaig Select. No meal is complete without a decadent dessert, prepared to be wowed by Chef Mehigan's Thousand Leaf ‘Alphonso Mango Mousse.
