Say Hello to New York's Premier Residential Development by Aston Martin

Last year in Aston Martin announced its debut in luxury real estate in Miami. Aston Martin residences made its first appearance in Miami in collaboration with  Sir David Adjaye and Lightstone, a privately held real estate company in the US. The five luxury homes, available for purchase at 130 William, each come with a special-edition Aston Martin DBX.

This project claims to be an exciting project for Aston Martin designers. The building, 130 Willliam includes 242 residences, more than 1858 square metres of amenities, and a new plaza park. The building stands at approximately 244 metres with 66 stories.

The building has a significant feature which was once upon a time known in the NYC-  the shape of arched windows, inspired by the lofts.

“The 130 William Aston Martin homes have been touched in a very particular way that merges our design sensibilities,” says David.

The units come with limited-edition SUVs, they’ve created a truly unique signature that blends the two disciplines

The “architectural triumph”, the five luxury homes are on the 59th and 60th floors of 130 William. Each property features a private outdoor corridor which travels the entire length of the residence, with screens dividing the balconies into areas for dining and relaxing. The residences are fully furnished with hand-crafted materials, textiles and furniture from the Aston Martin Home Collection.

You can now enjoy a grand living with an extravagant lifestyle at the furnished dining room, featuring furnishings, textiles and fittings curated by Marek and David. The living room opens up a view of the city and modern furnishings. The sofas and armchairs combine elements of leather, metal and fabric, as well as detailing inspired by Aston Martin’s automotive interiors.

The open kitchen will be opposite to the dining room which includes a  blackened oak Italian cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances, marble countertops hand-selected from the Apuan Alps in Tuscany, and a fixed Nero Marquina marble top that provides additional bar seating.

The master bedroom is not left to any doubts when it comes to a lavish living. With an expansive bed, the headboard, bedside and side tables are made of cashmere. To save your precious clothing items, you have spacious walk-in closets, wall-mounted lighting, a Flos light track system and a lounge chair by Hans Wegner.

Buyers can also customise one of the two rooms available into a racing simulator, an office and library space, or an extra bedroom.

The bathrooms have a textured Italian Salvatori marble throughout. The master bathroom features a marble soaking tub, marble double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower and water closet. Secondary bathrooms incorporate Grigio Versilia marble, and Bianco Carrera marble and powder rooms include a bamboo-textured Grigia Versilia marble.

130 William marks the first time the carmaker has worked with an architect on one of its signature vehicles- Aston Martin DBX. To involve elements similar to the flat, David made sure the interiors of the car were custom painted to have a strong connection with the building’s architecture.

The luxury vehicle marks the debut of real stone accents, with Grey ‘Pietra D’Avola’ marble inlays matched with satin walnut wood.

The leather of the car includes Parliament Green trim. The steering wheel is from its ‘Q by Aston Martin’ in-house customisation service which matches the walls of the simulator room option, and paintwork in a bespoke colour inspired by 130 William’s exteriors, and to add the finishing touch it is complete with hints of green.

The estate also includes a  swimming pool, plunge pools, dry sauna and massage rooms along with a fitness centre and spa with terrace, yoga studio and basketball court. Residents can also enjoy other amenities such as a private IMAX movie theatre, golf simulator, resident lounge, club and game room, chef’s catering kitchen with a private dining area, children’s activity centre, pet spa, outdoor terraces, and private rooftop observation deck located at the top of the building.
