Seattle Based Luxury Cruise Company Seabourn Reveals 2023 Northeast and Northwest Passage Voyages

Seabourn Cruise Line is one of the premier cruise lines in the world, specializing in exotic destinations. It is owned by Carnival Corporation with its head office in Seattle, Washington. Introduction of new Voyages
Seabourn debuts voyages for its two new, PC6 polar-class expedition ships, Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit. Highlights include the line’s first voyages ever to both the NE Passage and NW Passage in the Arctic. These and other summer 2023 voyages are available for sale starting from December 15, 2021.
Exciting voyages through the North Northeast Passage
Seabourn has unveiled its plans for 2023 voyages traversing the Northeast and Northwest passage. Beginning July 29, 2022, departing from Tromso, Norway, the journey takes travelers across the top of Norway and Arctic Russia to Nome. The voyage is 26 days long.
Along with the expedition, Seabourn is seeking to find and measure the effects of climate change on the region by seeking and observing Arctic and sub-Arctic species and documenting changes.Seabourn journeys to Storstappen Island and offers tours of the Nuclear Icebreaker Lenin in Murmansk, Russia.
The luxury cruise company is also introducing new voyages to Russia, The North West Passage and even Novaya Zemlya making Seabourn the only luxury cruise line to ever offer this itinerary. The voyage, which explores the remote coastal waters of Franz Joseph Land in Russia’s Russian Arctic National Park, is outfitted with state-of-the-art accommodations and comforting amenities.
Provideniya, Russia, the former Soviet military port, for a tour day trip that includes an excellent view of the abandoned city before moving on to visit a museum and Cultural Center for tea, music and dance.
Explore the Northwest Passage with Seabourn
Seabourn now exposes the NYC area to the same epic adventures as sailed elsewhere. As sister ship Seabourn Pursuit departs with 17-30+ guests around March 2023, it will allow people in NYC to experience the same Northeast and Northwest Passage voyage through Greenland to Nome, with a stay at St. John.
The itinerary includes unique experiences not found on other modern-day cruise trips, such as seeing the ice of Bellot Strait and visiting the resting sites of the Franklin Expedition.

Seabourn has announced new Northwest and Northeast passage voyages for the year 2023, with excursions among local residents. Trekkers will explore Pond Inlet in Nunavut, Canada where the Inuit people will lead guided walks through town.
The Northeast, Northwest Passage Excursions with Seabourn
Seabourn is slated to unveil 2023 cruises through the Northeast and Northwest Passage. Waking 9 days exploring the Northwestern Passage, guests are free to use kayaks, Zodiacs, or submarines for naturalist-led experiences on a flexible schedule guided by ice.
Seabourn is taking voyagers into intrigue destinations on the 2023 itinerary. On March 23, Seabourn Pursuit will explore Scotland and Iceland with an "expedition" in the Arctic; on April 4, you can cruise around Iceland for two weeks.
Seabourn unveiled its newest fleet editions for the 2020 season, specifically built for trips through The Northeast and Norwegian Voyages. The ship will offer voyages that include seeing The Arctic Circle in Svalbard and visiting destinations along coasts of Alaska and British Columbia.
Seabourn Salutes the Northwest and Northeast
Seabourn, a luxury cruise line, unveils a range of expedition-themed voyages to the North and Northeast Passages in 2023. While playing on Seabourna's classic style, the new ships will have unique features such as the Expedition Lounge and Discovery Center. In addition, landing zones will enable guests to launch excursions from their yacht explorer outer day-trip adventures from the ship. The ships also have redesigned sea kayaks and Zodiacs to accommodate all cabin categories.
Second season of Seabourn Venture
Seabourn Venture embarks on its second year of operation in summer 2023, exploring the Arctic, Scotland, Norway and the Russian Arctic. The ship will begin its summer season on May 12th with a 10-day 'Wild Isles of Scotland and Iceland' voyage from London to Reykjavik.
Seabourn Venture’s Second Season will feature a 14-day Northeast Passage voyage exploring Arctic Svalbard, Norway, Novaya Zemlya & Franz Joseph Land. The ship will then explore the Russian Far East with a 14-day “Wild Coasts of Kamchatka” expedition in August, before returning to Norwegian waters with a 14-day “Volcanoes & Wildlife of the Kuril Islands” voyage in September 2023.
The Luxury Ship's features
Seabourn Venture’s second season will design two new expedition ships equipped with public spaces like the Expedition Lounge, Discovery Center, and Landing Zone. These ships accommodate the need for both relaxation (such as the expansive observation lounge) and recreation (shallower waters for kayaking).
The ship will also feature two battery-powered U-Boat Work Cruise Sub 7 submarines. These submarines will be outfitted with all the luxuries you could want during your dive, such as embroided leather upholstery, air conditioning and a Bluetooth music station.
