Her illustrious career has seen her contribute significantly to renowned international hotel chains such as Hyatt, Accor, Hilton, and IHCL, where she consistently earned acclaim for her outstanding contributions.

Shantla holds a master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialisation in Marketing and Human Resources, underscoring her comprehensive grasp of marketing communication strategies, digital and social media marketing, as well as public relations and media management.
