The Four Seasons Bengaluru will commemorate Women's Month with India's most influential chefs.
This month, Four Seasons Bangalore commemorates "Sheroes," a phrase going back to the 1800s that referred to women revered for their exceptional accomplishments, fortitude, and moral traits.
Four Seasons Bengaluru salutes the incredibly brilliant chefs who have made a legacy in culinary business in the face of gigantic challenges.
Sheroes, breaking boundaries with every bite is a delectable gourmet showcase from the 3rd to the 19th of March at CUR8 the hotel's all-day modern kitchen-style dining room and outdoor terrace helmed by Sherry Mehta, Priya Bala, Rhea Aaron, Yogita Yaji, and Lim Valerie presenting signature cuisines and dishes through the lens of their singular achievements with a toast to women pursuing their heart's calling.
Sherry Mehta, an expert in regional cuisines, will provide an intriguing menu of her favourite dishes from the northern areas of Himachal from the 3rd of March through the 5th of March 2023. Her initiatives, Kanak by Sherry and Chaat Chowk by Sherry, which she operates from of her kitchen in Mumbai, have established her as an incredibly well-known caterer.
From the 6th to the 12th of March, Chef Valerie of Four Seasons Singapore will organise a high-tea event in The Lobby Lounge featuring the most delectable sweets. Valerie joined Four Seasons in 2019 and quickly advanced to the roles of Chef de Partie and Junior-Sous-chef, having found her passion for the culinary arts at the age of sixteen. Valarie, a skilled trendsetter who was born and bred in Malaysia, gives a charming touch to this wonderful campaign.
For the Women's Day weekend from March 8-10 - Priya Bala brings the flavours of Sri Lanka to Bangalore for CUR8. The origin of Priya's fondness for Sri Lankan food may be traced back to her mother's cooking, which combines a variety of complex flavours. Her presentation is a homage to the island nation's rich culture and the depth and complexity of its food, from the carefully picked spices to the fresh, locally obtained vegetables employing traditional ingredients and methods.
On the 11th and 12th of March, Rhea Aaron, Owner and Chef of Klaa Kitchen Banga, will bring the rich culinary legacy of Goa to life by reinterpreting traditional recipes with Portuguese, Indian, African, and European influences. Her use of the freshest local products in her culinary creations exemplifies Rhea's attention to detail and dedication to sustainability and a healthy lifestyle, and is a tribute to her success in this profession.
Yogita Dalvi (Yaji) is gracing the finale of Four Seasons Bengaluru's Sheroes, Breaking Boundaries with Every Bite from the 17th to the 19th of March with The Saras Table, a unique home cooking experience. Yogita is renowned for her innovative interpretations of classic Saraswati recipes, which she mixes with distinctive flavours and spices.
At lunch and supper, CUR8 provides Sheroes, Breaking Boundaries with Every Bite meals alongside the buffet spread.
