Six Senses Hotel Resorts & Spa Introduces New Mobile App To Enhance Connectivity

Six senses recently launched a new travel app to helps guests in planning their stay at hotels and resorts across the world, in just a single swipe.

This is a very encouraging update for people who have been longing to go for a luxury vacation with their loved ones for some time now.

This mobile application has been primarily designed to enhance connectivity and allow guests to customize their trip while also getting down to details of planning activities, spa treatments, additional requirements and much more.

Apart from a well-designed and clean layout of various resorts and hotel options, the app allows guests to browse through and plan out specific details of their trip ranging from specific dietary requirements to concierge services.

Once guests are at the resort, they can have further access to add-on services with easy to use facilities on the app, as well as in person.

The app allows guests to conveniently manage their booking, change or add reservations, reserve tables for dining, book transfers, review wellness programs and discover local sustainable projects amongst many other cool features.

Chief Commercial Officer of Six Senses, Bryan Gabriel shares how even though the concept of contactless services and new updated technologies have taken over, their entire approach remains supremely customer oriented.

The intent with imposing this new app technology is to have a better understanding of what the guests want and customize the experience as per their personalized requirements. It helps the team stay much more prepared before the arrival of guests in terms of how active or inactive they wish to be throughout their stay.

Six Senses is fully preparing to launch the app with an additional six language preference in order to increase connectivity across its impending launches in the upcoming year.

Guests can find the app and download it on the Google Play Store or Apple Store to experience this new technology and renewed hospitality service.
