SP Jain Group Expands Global Presence with Acquisition of California Miramar University to Offer AI-Driven Master's and Bachelor's Programs

The SP Jain Group, known for its renowned business schools, has successfully acquired California Miramar University (CMU). This strategic move enables the group to introduce cutting-edge master’s and bachelor’s programs focused on artificial intelligence (AI) to a global student base.

The acquisition process, which began in November last year, was finalized as an all-cash deal, SP Jain Group President Nitish Jain confirmed in a virtual interaction with ET. This acquisition not only enhances the group’s educational offerings but also provides direct access to the US market, further solidifying its global footprint.

With this acquisition, SP Jain Group now operates six campuses worldwide: Dubai (established in 2004), Singapore (2005), Sydney (2012), Mumbai (2015), London (2023), and the latest addition, CMU in San Jose, California.

The group’s flagship programs, including the Master of Global Business and Executive MBA, will now be complemented by AI-driven courses, positioning SP Jain as a leader in future-focused education.
