Switzerland Headquartered Breguet Unveils a Classic Watch From Their Illustrious Classique Line

Swiss luxury watchmaker Breguet has introduced a new timepiece to its illustrious Classique Collection. The new Classique 7337 Calendar is available in white and rose gold and has a contemporary design. The dial of this timepiece is off-center and boasts a superb Clous de Paris hobnail guilloché design, hand-engraved on a rose engine by the watchmaker. The outer dial has a barleycorn design in a radial pattern.

At precisely twelve, you may see the moon's current phase. Both the moon and the clouds around it have been given a delicate sandblasting treatment to achieve a matte finish, and the moon itself has been hammered by hand. The night sky is coated with blue lacquer made of spangles, delicately displaying the stars from different perspectives. Traditional blued steel open-tipped Breguet hands show the hours, minutes, and seconds. The hour of the day is ten o'clock, and the hour of the date is two o'clock. The large size of the window's opening makes it easy to see what's outside.Calibre 502 is protected by the 39-millimeter white or rose casing. One of the thinnest Breguet movements, at just 2.4 mm.

The open barrel of the Calibre 502 contributes to its sleek appearance while still maintaining high levels of energy and performance. Its primary motion parts may take up less space because to the offset of its oscillating mass. A total of 236 parts make up its rhodium-plated, self-winding mechanism. It uses a silicon balance-spring and an escapement with a silicon horned, inverted straight-line pallet lever. The sapphire caseback makes it possible to see the mechanism. Other parts are adorned with chamfered finishes and a Côtes de Genève design, while the white gold oscillating weight is hand-engraved on a rose engine with a circular barleycorn pattern. The new Classique Calendar 7337 features a balance that has a 45-hour power reserve and oscillates at 3 Hz.

It wasn't until 2009 that the first Classique 7337 timepiece made its debut. The 2022 model is a refined update to the classic watch, retaining the bold hallmarks of the Classique series.

This new timepiece is offered in your choice of 18K white or rose gold, and it is paired with a strap in either a deep blue or brown, depending on which version you choose.
