1. Chablé Sea of Cortez


The latest addition to the Chablé family, a line of ultra luxury spas and resorts, is the Chablé Sea of Cortez. The property is situated in the north of Mexico and is surrounded by many biological reserves. The juxtaposition of a desert landscape and the pristine views of the beach make it a one-of-a-kind location. Fit with an ocean front pool, expansive spa facility, event space, private beach and 3 dining venues, it is set to open its doors in late 2021.





2. LXR Shozan Resort Kyoto


Hilton has decided to enter the Asia Pacific region with the launch of LXR Shozan Resort in Kyoto, Japan. The 28.6 acre property boasts of an indulgent experience of Japan. From authentic tea houses, 5 restaurants focusing on the local cuisine, historic Japanese architecture to the noble Japanese gardens - it has all that and more. Set to open in the autumn of 2021, this resort has 114 rooms which are sure to give you a unique and immersive stay.





3. Six Senses Ibiza



Ibiza is known for the lavish parties but Six Senses is bringing spirituality and calmness with their latest resort on the Cala Xarraca Bay, Ibiza. The 134 guest accommodations include townhouses, pool suites and beach cave units. By 2021, sunset views and spa by the beach will be an accessible reality.




4. Amanvari Mexico


Derived from the Sanskrit words for ‘peace’ and ‘water’, this new resort promises just that and more. Aman’s latest project takes them to Mexico, where the sea and desert meet the farmland. With a private white sand beach, multiple dining venues and Aman spa are just a few of the many amenities this property provides. It is set to open in 2021 along with the Amanvari private residences.





5. Stanly Ranch, Napa Valley


This latest ranch is opening in the heart of California, Napa Valley. Under Californian skies, on the banks of Napa River and among blankets of vineyards - these cottages even provide services for holding weddings. The climate and soil gives the perfect backdrop for some of the best Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs which is luxury at its best.





6. Four Seasons, Bangkok


Set up on the Chao Phraya River, the latest project boasts 299 rooms with river views, infinity pools and outdoor pools along with green courtyards. Even more, the property has been designed by the world renowned architect Jean-Michel Gathy and features an art collection curated by him. Experience the high energy of Bangkok by enjoying the boutiques, restaurants, cafes and galleries or take an exclusive tour of the canals from the private boats provided.





7. IHG Roatán, West Bay Beach


Opening its doors to all is IHG’s Roatán in West Bay Beach, Roatán Island. It has something to offer to all - the second largest great barrier reef to scuba dive or witness the jungle’s beauty through a zip line. 126 guest rooms allow access to a rooftop sky bar, spas, fitness centres, beach bars and much more. Rent a jet ski to enjoy this Carribean treat.





8. One&Only Kea Island, Greece


One&Only Kéa Island is the newest entrant in luxury stays in Greece. Currently under development, this is a 65-hectare beach front property. It has resort style rooms, villas and suites which compliment the natural beauty around. As one of the finest luxury resorts, the only way to reach it is through a private luxury yacht or an exclusive resort helicopter.





9. W Hotel Edinburgh, Scotland


W Hotel is launching in 2021 their luxury W Hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland. It is designed by award-winning architecture and interior design practice Jestico + Whiles, in collaboration with Allan Murray Architects. The property will offer 214 guestrooms, 20 suites and an Extreme Wow Suite (presidential suite). A rooftop bar along with an outdoor garden will provide panoramic views of the city skyline. W Lounge and an ultra modern event space will take care of all types of gatherings.





10. Six Senses Kitzbuehel Alps, Austria


This resort village will be offering 80 guestrooms and suites which will showcase the breathtaking views of Austria in the best ways possible. Taking traditional Austrian cottages as inspiration, these guestrooms have a modern twist as well. Located just over an hour are some of the most loved skiing spots. Enjoy a drink in the cozy bar or an indoor-outdoor spa café.
