The Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato is the first all-wheel-drive super sports car with a V10 engine. This super sports car, whose release date is set for November 30, is designed to provide maximum driving pleasure on unpaved roads. It reinterprets the very concept of sportiness and highlights the brand values of being courageous, authentic, and unexpected.
Three teaser videos depict the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato operating in an assortment of terrains. In the third segment, this super sports car reveals its true form for the first time.
The all-terrain super sports car is the production version of the Huracán Sterrato concept that debuted in 2019. This version of the Huracán is ideal for rally-style dirt tracks and other abrasive surfaces, as "Sterrato" is Italian for "dirt road." The ground clearance of the concept is increased by 47 mm, its front approach is sharpened by 1%, and its departure angle is increased by 6.5%. The front and rear wheel track was widened by 30 millimetres, and 20-inch wheels with balloon tyres were installed in new wheel arches with integrated air intakes. Larger, specialised tyres with thicker sidewalls improve both shock absorption and traction.
This Huracán all-terrain model will be the last Lamborghini with a combustion engine alone. All future Lamborghini supercars will be electrified, beginning with the Aventador replacement in 2023, which will be a V-12 plug-in hybrid. The Huracán Sterrato will likely utilise the same 5.2-liter V-10 engine as the standard Huracán.
Automobili Lamborghini will debut a new vehicle at Art Basel in Miami, Florida, at the end of November 2022.
Since the vehicle has not yet been made available for sale, Directive 1999/94/EC does not apply. The fuel consumption and emission statistics are undergoing type approval.
