The Partnership Between Cristiano Ronaldo and Binance is a Great Way to Usher Web3 Football For Fans

After months of negotiations, Cristiano Ronaldo and Binance, one of the major cryptocurrency exchanges, have agreed to a multiyear nonfungible token (NFT) partnership. By working together, Binance will be able to reach the football star's legion of passionate followers all over the globe with an advertisement for Web3 and NFTs.

In accordance with the conditions of the deal, Cristiano Ronaldo and Binance will collaborate on a series of collections that will be offered only via the Binance NFT market. The first collection, which features Ronaldo-inspired designs, will be released later this year.

Binance CEO and co-founder Changpeng Zhao praised Ronaldo's achievements in soccer and noted that he has become an icon in other fields as well. According to Zhao, he has amassed one of the most dedicated fan bases in the world because to his honesty, talent, and charitable work.

Ronaldo was handed crypto tokens in March as a trophy for his athletic successes; for each goal he scored during his senior career, he won JUV tokens, the official fan token of Juventus F.C. I wanted to be a part of offering exceptional experiences and access through this NFT platform," Ronaldo stated of his relationship with fans.
