The Six Senses Crans-Montana resort, situated immediately above the main gondola in Crans, will open in December 2022, just in time for the 2022/23 ski season.
The hotel has 45 Terrace Rooms and Suites with one or three bedrooms. From the Swiss Matterhorn on the left across the 4-Vallées range to the French Mont Blanc massif on the right, the view from the bay windows and private terraces is unmatched. In addition to the natural linens and hardwoods present throughout the property, each room has distinctive furnishings. To help you relax after a day on the slopes, the Sleep With Six Senses standard features a bed so plush that it seems like you're sleeping on a cloud.
Six Senses Crans-Montana has two restaurants as well as room service. The restaurant's signature dishes will reflect the spirit of Byakko, the fabled white mountain tiger of Japan, and will feature Hoba Miso, hot stones, sushi and shellfish, grilled meats, and Japanese-influenced hotpots. For energising dinners and late-night music, the bar will produce unique and dangerous sake concoctions and cocktails containing aphrodisiac herbs. Wild Cabin, an all-day dining brasserie with a big outdoor terrace and expansive views, provides a modern take on classic Swiss cuisine.
The Six Senses Spa is 2,000 square metres in size and offers nine treatment rooms, a Stretch Pod (your fascia has never felt better), cutting-edge training equipment, and a yoga studio. In addition to the large indoor pool with an outlet to the outside, guests may enjoy the steam room, hammam, hot tub, and cold plunge pool as part of the hotel's wet facilities. A few of the high-tech aids offered at the Biohack Recovery Lounge include NormaTec compression boots, a Hypervolt percussion massager, and a Venom Back Wrap, which mixes heat and vibration to soothe aching lower back muscles.
Thirteen of the seventeen apartments are available for purchase as second homes, making this one of the remaining construction projects in Switzerland where foreign purchasers may purchase without restrictions.
From the summit of the Plaine Morte glacier, at an altitude of 3,000 metres, skiers and snowboarders may reach the resort's 140 kilometres of long, broad slopes through routes that snake through the forest and end at the hotel. Five stars have been awarded to the "Adrenaline" sector of one of Switzerland's largest snowparks. The ski concierge and his or her staff will take care of every detail, from ordering lift tickets and lessons to waxing away any nicks, so that you can concentrate on having fun on the slopes.
From Geneva, the Six Senses Crans-Montana may be accessed by automobile or train in two hours.
The Six Senses Crans-Montana, situated just above the main gondola in this globally renowned "Finest of the Alps" ski resort, provides the finest ski-in, ski-out access of any hotel in Crans.
