This particular task that was finished by replacing the perilous Excelsior Mill in Castlefield, Manchester was undertaken by Tim Groom Architects who are based out of Knott Mill, 7 Constance St, Manchester M15 4JQ, United Kingdom.
The GBP 25 million plus luxury development at Hulme Hall Road for developer Mulbury happens to be the most recent luxury residential project to spring up in a prime location in Manchester.
This particular luxury development consists of around eight floors and is set in a beautiful location adjacent to the Bridgewater Canal near the Castlefield conservation area in Manchester.
The luxury scheme's massing and beautiful facade derives its inspiration from history and the rich heritage of its surroundings. There are many other real estate projects along the canal in this particular area in Manchester but this particular one done by Tom Boon Architects stands out because of its waterfront frontage and the advantage in terms of the access through the canal towpath as well as the main road.
