As they transition into their new positions, these two seasoned executives will further develop the solid brand infrastructure of REFINED ELEGANCE, establishing their individual resorts as the preferred choice for discerning international tourists.

Elizabeth Alleyne, a native of Barbados and a Swedish national, possesses more than twenty years of varied experience in the hospitality industry, spanning Europe, the Caribbean, and prominent luxury cruise lines. Elizabeth, a fervent leader, possesses the ability to ensure that operations function smoothly, irrespective of the property's scale. In her capacity as the General Manager of OZEN LIFE MAADHOO, she will assume a critical position.

She describes her leadership approach as follows:

With more than two decades of experience in boutique and luxury environments worldwide, Italian hotelier Monica Coppetta possesses a solid business acumen, a successful mindset, and the capacity to articulate luxury. Monica's extensive experience in effectively managing personnel, operations, and financial performance positions her as an ideal candidate for the General Manager position at OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI.
