The deal, according to Estée Lauder Companies, was made in accordance with the company's commitments to environmental and social responsibility. The company said it would leverage its extensive experience in identifying and nurturing high-potential brands such as Dr. Jart+ and The Ordinary to assist Haeckels in its development as the company expands on a global scale.
