Business runs in the family for Radhika Shah. Post her studies and her return from abroad; Radhika Shah came into the world of real estate pretty early so to speak. After her studies she was not sure about her career. After a brief stint in sales, Radhika took an affinity to property and real estate after a 24 hour real estate training session.

She says that she purchased her first property when she was barely 23 years of age and post that there has been no looking back. She instantly knew that she wanted to create a business and a career out of real estate.
 
The first property purchase turned out to be a winning scenario and after that Radhika Shah along with her aunts Alka and Minel created a property company called Your Cosy Home. This family real estate business has been growing consistently since its inception and the portfolio of the same is pretty good today.

With a few acquisitions done and more to come the company plans to build a strong residential rental portfolio while offering some of the best rental properties for the new age professionals.
