Is luxury real estate a good investment?

If you can afford to buy luxury real estate then it is surely a great asset class to invest in. The reason is that luxury properties give a great return on investment generally and since the investments are in the higher ranges there is not much competition in the market. Also luxury real estate is more stable and carries a lot more potential to turn profitable than ordinary properties. Any give real estate market has its share of luxury real estate and luxury properties that any luxury property investor can choose, invest and make handsome profits on it.
